FMYH provides commercial interior design services for spaces where arrival, gathering, work, navigation, and everyday experience matter.

The studio works alongside architects, owners, and project teams to develop intuitive, hospitality-infused environments through experiential alignment, interior design development, finish and furniture direction, signage/art coordination, documentation coordination, and thoughtful implementation support.

PROJECT TEAM ALIGNMENT

FMYH is best suited for projects where interior design can be integrated early with an architect, owner, or established project team.

For renovation or construction-based work, FMYH typically collaborates with an architect or established project team. If an architect has not yet been engaged, FMYH may recommend trusted architecture partners before interior design scope is confirmed.

OPTIONAL EXPANDED SERVICES

Available as needed based on project structure:

  • Predesign and visioning workshops

  • Community and stakeholder engagement

  • Procurement and vendor collaboration

  • Staging, styling, and finishing touches

  • Post-occupancy support

DESIGN DIRECTION VS. PROCUREMENT

FMYH may develop furniture, art, signage, finish, and specialty item direction as part of the interior design scope. Purchasing, order placement, warehousing, delivery coordination, installation management, and warranty support are typically handled by the owner, purchaser, dealer, vendor, or other designated party unless included as part of an expanded scope.
